Terms of Service

ReplyFlow provides Instagram comment-to-DM automation through the official Meta Graph API. By using the service, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring your use case is permitted by Meta.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Do not share your account with others.

ReplyFlow operates under Meta's API rate limits and policies. We use your authorized Instagram Business or Creator account to send automated DMs based on keyword triggers you configure. You grant ReplyFlow permission to access your Instagram data only for automation purposes defined in campaigns you create.

Meta may revoke API access at any time. If Meta disables your account or our integration, ReplyFlow cannot guarantee service continuity. We are not liable for limitations or restrictions imposed by Meta.

You may not:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content
• Violate Instagram Community Guidelines or Meta Platform Policies
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
• Use the service for illegal activity, fraud, or harassment
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

ReplyFlow is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes but are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility or specific feature sets.

ReplyFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReplyFlow and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (campaign configurations, message templates). By using the service, you grant us a license to process and store this data to operate the platform.

ReplyFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of revenue, business interruption, Instagram account restrictions, Meta API changes, or data loss.

Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 USD if no payment was made.

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Campaign data and DM logs may be retained per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with changes, discontinue use of the service.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
